- Welcoming guests to contact work
- Drafting notices, decisions, official dispatches
- Store documents and records.
- Receive incoming/outgoing dispatches and forward them to departments.
- Manage and monitor assets, machinery, office equipment, synthesize proposals for departmental documents.
- Post recruitment ads (on websites, channels such as: Facebook, job websites...)/screen resumes/schedule and call candidates for interviews.
- Manage human resource records, monitor and implement procedures related to employees: Labor contracts, reception, transfer, transfer, and leave of employment for employees.
- Carry out procedures related to social insurance policies such as
- Supervise, monitor and implement internal rules and regulations of employees in the company
- Timekeeping for employees.
- Develop processes, regulations, and applicable documents within the company
- Coordinate to handle personnel issues, participate in resolving questions, complaints, and disputes (if any) of the Company's employees.
- Participate in organizing Company events such as: year-end summary, customer conferences, monthly, quarterly, birthday, vacation...
- Implement other instructions of the Board of Directors
