JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruitment tasks: posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Managing personnel records, employment contracts, and procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Track working days, annual leave, calculate salaries (or coordinate with the accounting department).
- Drafting internal documents, decisions, and announcements.
- Managing office equipment and assets, purchasing tools and supplies.
- Organizing internal events (training, meetings, trips, etc.).
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Graduated from a relevant college/university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Good office skills, preferably proficient in Excel.
- Quick-witted, honest, and good communication skills.
COMPENSATION POLICY:
- Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month + Allowances + Bonuses

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
