- Prepare tender documents
- Analyze bidding documents to prepare bid proposals. Prepare and complete bidding documents at the request of the bid solicitor. Search for projects, bidding documents according to the company's orientation
- Implemented through bidding for bidding packages as assigned, in accordance with the bidding process, ensuring progress, quality, and bringing the best efficiency to the company.
- Monitor and update the bidding process and the winning results of the unit.
- Update information about bidding packages on the national bidding network system. Monitor bidding results from Hospitals, Bidding Authorized Units
- Handling situations and work arising during project implementation
- Coordinating with departments to implement the Contract after winning the contract
