Job Description
1/ ERP project implementation management:
- Play the role of researching and advising the Board of Directors on setting up, applying and deploying the ERP software system into the entire Company's operations;
- Consulting and setting up operating procedures (for each department) applied on ERP or management software.
- Participate in working, discussing, and evaluating consulting units to implement in accordance with the business's operating model; Monitor the performance or service quality of the Outsource party.
- Plan and implement ERP system implementation, ensuring progress, quality and budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments/sections to analyze requirements and design ERP solutions to suit business needs.
- Regularly work closely with relevant parties and departments to clarify project requirements (including features, policies, and operations).
2/ System development and deployment:
- Oversee the development, testing and implementation of ERP systems.
- Evaluate, propose and implement new technology solutions to optimize production and business operations.
- Manage contract progress at each acceptance stage, with evaluation report.
3/ System support and maintenance:
- Ensure ERP systems operate efficiently and continuously, troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users.
- Propose process and system improvements to maintain stable system operation and improve work performance
4/ Control, risk assessment, periodic reporting:
- Control and resolve issues and changes arising during implementation.
- Forecast, analyze and manage potential risks during project implementation.
- Prepare regular reports on project implementation status according to company regulations.
Job Requirements
- University degree or higher in IT, Information Systems, Economic Informatics or related majors.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position.
- Gender: Male
- Experience in implementing complete ERP systems from scratch (experience in developing foreign software is a plus).
- Priority is given to candidates who are able to contribute to building departmental processes appropriate for the software implementation process.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and compile specialized documents.
- Having a background, knowledge or proficiency in some programming languages is an advantage
