JOB DETAILS: The Production Planning position involves receiving orders, implementing production schedules, monitoring and expediting deliveries to customers. It also includes liaising with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during production and reporting daily progress.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receiving orders, scheduling production, and monitoring and expediting delivery to customers.
- Daily contact with relevant departments to resolve any issues arising regarding order quantities during the production process.
- Report daily production progress and material progress to the Head of Planning.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUEST:- Male or female, under 45 years old. College or university graduate.
- Japanese language proficiency level N2-N1 (good conversational Japanese is required).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the planning department of the wood and furniture industry.
- Proficient in using office computer software.
- Personal characteristics: Meticulous, organized, responsible, careful, and sociable.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Binh Duong (for greater convenience to the job).
