Job Description

- Job details:

Receive and process orders from the sales department and customers.

Verify and cross-check order information between the software and related documents.

Print the delivery note and coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure the goods are shipped according to the order.

Manage pricing policies, sales policies, and revenue recognition in accordance with regulations.

Prepare reports, debt collection slips, and coordinate the handling of customer debts.

Compare revenue figures between delivery notes, invoices, and sales software.

Coordinate warehouse dispatch control, monitor inventory levels, and participate in periodic inventory checks.

Track and process returned goods, returned merchandise, samples, and gifts.

Printing, organizing, and storing sales documents systematically.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Job requirements:

Graduated with a degree in Finance or Accounting from a vocational school or higher.

Must have at least one year of experience in a sales accounting position or equivalent.

Master the regulations, principles, and practices of accounting.

Proficient in using office software and Misa Amis accounting software.

Careful, meticulous, precise, and highly responsible in their work.

Possesses strong data analysis and report compilation skills.
