    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Receive and review purchase requests from relevant departments.
    • Monitor and control purchase contracts and purchase orders (POs).
    • Verify the validity of invoices and purchase documents (VAT invoices, delivery notes, acceptance reports).
    • Record the cost of goods purchased and accounts payable to suppliers using accounting software.
    • Monitor payment status and plan timely payments to suppliers.
    • Reconcile supplier accounts payable periodically (monthly/quarterly/annually).
    • Coordinate with the warehouse/relevant department to verify the quantity and value of goods entering the warehouse.
    • Store and organize purchase records and documents in accordance with regulations. Provide records and documents when requested for tax audits and settlements.
    • Track purchasing costs for internal reporting purposes.
    • Perform other duties as required by the Chief Accountant/Board of Directors.

    - Job requirements:

    Male, aged 25-45. Educational qualifications: College/University degree in Accounting.

    Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience and a strong understanding of purchasing accounting, invoicing, and VAT.

    Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA, FAST)

    Careful, honest, responsible, and possessing good teamwork skills.
