    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS:
    Record and account for all economic transactions accurately and completely in the accounting books, invoices, and original documents.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Record and account for all economic transactions accurately and completely in the accounting books, invoices, and original documents.
    • Verify the accuracy of documents, reconcile data between departments (Warehouse, Sales, Bank) and between accounting records and actual figures.
    • Monitor, manage, and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely debt collection.
    • Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) such as business performance reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other management reports as required.
    • Provide data and explanations when requested by superiors or tax authorities, and participate in explaining accounting-related issues.
    • Monitor and inspect the purchase, sale, import, and export of assets, tools, and equipment, ensuring efficient and accurate asset management.

    REQUEST:
    • Strong professional knowledge of accounting and taxation, and a thorough understanding of relevant legal regulations.
    • Proficient in using accounting software (MISA, Fast Accounting, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word).
    • Careful, meticulous, honest, and highly responsible in their work.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
    • Ages 23-40, with at least one year of experience.
