- Job details:
1/ Performing banking accounting tasks :
- Conduct all receipt and payment transactions with the bank, and accurately record them through the bank in accordance with accounting standards and contract terms.
- Monitor and reconcile bank account balances daily and monthly with the accounting records.
- Prepare and verify payment documents (payment orders, credit notes, debit notes, etc.).
- Manage bank statements, records, and enter transactions into accounting software.
- Assistance with preparing international payment documents (if applicable: L/C, TTR, TT...).
- Monitoring and handling transactions arising with banks and securities companies: Changing account information, completing documents for savings and bond deposits, opening and closing accounts, etc.
- Prepare reports related to bank transactions as required.
2/ Perform accounts payable accounting tasks:
- Track accounts receivable and payable in detail, both domestic and international.
- Regularly check and reconcile accounts payable and receivable with customers/suppliers.
- Remind and urge payment of overdue debts.
- Record and store accounts payable documents in accordance with regulations.
3. Other duties: Other tasks as required by superiors and management.
- Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance.
- Specializes in Finance and Accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required, with a preference for experience in an import/export company.
- Knowledge of international payment procedures and VAT refund procedures is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA, Fast, ERP...).
- There is a possibility of traveling for work outside the province.
- Language/Computer skills: Basic conversational English/Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Other requirements: Responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and honest.
- Working hours: From [protected info] Monday to Saturday.
