JOB DETAILS: The company operates in the field of technology and digital infrastructure, providing solutions in Cloud, Data Center, Security, AI, IoT, Logistics, and IT services to domestic and international businesses.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- A. Tax accounting:
- Prepare and file VAT, personal income tax, and corporate income tax reports on time.
- Verify the validity of invoices, documents, and contracts.
- Monitoring, cross-referencing, and archiving tax records.
- Stay updated on legal regulations related to taxation and accounting.
- Coordinate the handling of explanations, inspections, or tax settlements when necessary.
- B. Accounts Payable:
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable with customers and suppliers.
- Compare data and confirm accounts payable periodically.
- Monitor payment progress and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Identify and report risks related to accounts receivable.
- C. Accounting & Operations Control:
- Review and examine accounting documents and payment procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of management reports and internal financial reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Propose improvements to accounting and internal control processes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUEST:- Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general accounting.
- Experience at a technology, software, or service company is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA preferred).
- The ability to read and understand English documents is an advantage.
- Careful, honest, responsible, and possessing good control skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
