    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    This role is responsible for the internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery activities, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with delivery staff, stores, and partner companies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
    • Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
    • Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
    • Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
    • Manage shit work of department and daily work progress.
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Business English skill
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Ability of Analysis and Problem solving skill
    • MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), good computer literacy
    • Working experience in Logistics

    In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Logistic Solution, knowledge of Tin Học Văn Phòng, experienced with Kỹ Năng Quản Lý, ability to use Giải Quyết Vấn Đề and understanding of Tiếng Anh.

    Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Logistics, understanding of Thủ Kho, experience with Nhân Viên, strong grasp of Quản Lý Kho and working experience with Vận Kho.
