- Job details:
- Negotiate with customers regarding prices and contracts, finalize deals, and assist customers in signing contracts.
- Research and analyze competitors, market conditions, and products to propose pricing policies and develop business strategies to boost sales.
- Develop appropriate sales targets and sales policies to boost sales and optimize profits.
- Maintain, develop, and promote relationships with existing and potential new customers through planned one-on-one customer support activities, combined with communication with internal order processing staff.
- Address customer issues and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales teams with production technical support staff or other team members and departments.
- Analyze market potential, track orders, and generate reports.
- Provide the management team with reports on customer needs, challenges, preferences, competitive activities, and the potential of new products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising principles and trends.
