Search for new customers in the software field in accordance with the company's business strategy
Introduce, advise and convince customers to use the products/services provided by the Company.
Build, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in the same industry and in many fields (directly or indirectly).
Directly implement and sign contracts with Customers, monitor and accept services.
Support receiving and handling customer complaints about service and product quality to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to correct procedures.
Report to management levels on customer needs, problems, and concerns; Competitors' activities and potential in product/service business development
Participate in seminars, events organized by the company or similar conferences...
Job requirements
Have experience of 01 year or more (experience in technology field is an advantage)
Priority is given to having experience working with business customers (B2B).
Ability to learn and research quickly
Priority is given to candidates who can communicate in English
