Job Description

- Using the management company's system to manage and update the status of Real Estate and Potential Buyers

- Perform the following work items to advise and take care of the Landlord:

Consulting the Landlord to sign an exclusive contract with the Management Company, verifying the legality of the Consigned Real Estate.
Advising on the general situation of the Real Estate Market, related plans and suitable selling prices for the Landlord's Property
Support the Landlord with the necessary work to complete the Real Estate listing on the advertising pages (taking photos of the Real Estate, performing advertising activities, etc.)

- Perform the following work items to advise and care for potential Buyers:

Schedule appointments with potential Buyers to build relationships.
Advising Potential Buyers on the Regional Real Estate market and the Real Estate products that best suit their needs

- Assist in arranging appointment between Landlord and Potential Buyer to view the Property, assist in negotiation for both parties and close the deal

- Support in carrying out the procedures for transferring names, notarizing related documents to complete the transaction
