JOB DETAILS: We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Representative (townhouses and land plots) in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, working during office hours. The main responsibilities include finding, advising, and assisting clients interested in buying or selling real estate, introducing products, and supporting transactions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Searching for, advising, and assisting customers with real estate buying and selling needs (townhouses, land plots).
- Introduce the product, take customers to view the project/on-site.
- Assisting customers throughout the transaction and contract signing process.
- Build and develop a pool of potential customers.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
REQUEST:- Male/Female aged 20 and above.
- No experience required; training will be provided from scratch.
- They have a willingness to learn, are diligent, and hardworking.
- Good communication skills and a passion for business are an advantage.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: sales skills, consulting skills, and problem-solving skills.
- To meet the job requirements, knowledge of real estate and property business is necessary.
