Job Description
A. Maintain, manage and develop sales with existing and new customers based on available data
- Monitor existing customer requests for maintenance and repair services, coordinate with technical department to perform inspection and troubleshooting.
- Communicate regularly with customers to grasp detailed needs and coordinate with the technical department to provide the best solution for customers.
- Follow the workflow to shorten processing time, resolve customer issues to provide consistent service quality and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
- Track data and progress of work with customers on a daily basis for reporting purposes.
- Proactively seek advice from management/leadership when encountering problems beyond one's control and/or propose solutions that bring maximum benefits to customers and the Company.
- Monitor contract expiration for A1, A2 customers to approach and propose service packages to consolidate, maintain and expand the number of new customers.
- Look at each customer's costs on a yearly basis and analyze the pros and cons of using and not using the maintenance package.
B. Develop and exploit new customer files for maintenance, repair and rental services
- Proactively research customer needs and reach out through existing information channels to reach potential customers for:
- Generator rental service for construction sites, event organizers, and large construction repair units that need to rent and use generators for short or long term.
- Maintenance service from customers who purchased generators from other brands but had no after-sales service.
Job Requirements
- College degree or higher, priority given to those with technical knowledge.
- 23 years of Sales Service experience, especially in the technical field.
- Skills to care for, manage and develop existing and new customers based on available data.
- Careful, proactive, responsible, able to multitask and coordinate well with related departments.
- Work effectively independently and in teams.
