Developing sales of tour services, providing customer care, maintaining and expanding the market to contribute to achieving the company's overall business goals.
1. Business – Customer Development
- Searching for, contacting, and advising individual clients, group clients, and corporate clients.
- Develop and offer domestic and international tour packages tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiating and signing contracts for tour services and related tourism services.
- Propose promotional programs and pricing policies that are appropriate for each period.
2. Customer care
- Monitor and assist guests throughout the tour.
- Receiving feedback, handling issues, and ensuring service quality.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with potential/existing customers.
3. Internal coordination
- Work with tour operators, guides, and suppliers to ensure the tour runs according to plan.
- Coordinate marketing efforts in developing content and promoting tourism products.
- Support in developing new tour products based on market trends.
4. Reporting – Monitoring effectiveness
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports are available upon request.
- Track individual KPIs and improve business performance.
