    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Receive hot leads from Marketing/Page Management (customers who have already expressed interest).
    • Chat/video call to advise customers via Messenger, Zalo, TextMe, etc.
    • Answering questions, handling objections, and closing deals.
    • Process orders, track orders, and coordinate deliveries.
    • Retain existing customers, upsell, and increase repurchase rates.
    • The nature of the job is consulting and closing deals (telesales/online sales) with the ultimate goal of making a sale.

    - Job requirements:

    • Having at least 6 months of experience in cosmeceuticals, dietary supplements, aesthetics, spas, or the beauty industry is an advantage.
    • I have a laptop;
    • Night shifts may be required.

    • Salary: 7-12 million VND + %KPI, average 15-30 million VND/month.

    • Each employee is required to work one night shift (shift 1 or shift 2) + one night shift (shift 3).
