JOB DETAILS:
LADO Furniture Co., Ltd. is seeking candidates for a sales position in Hai Phong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and advising customers on furniture products and solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Seeking and developing clients with needs for home, office, showroom, and retail furniture, etc.
- Provide customer care for existing clients, maintain relationships, and support clients throughout the project implementation process.
- Go into the market, survey customer needs, and expand your business market.
- Providing advice on interior design products and solutions to suit customer needs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the progress and quality of service.
- Follow up, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients.
- Report on work results as requested by management.
REQUEST:
- Male/Female aged 20-35.
- No experience required, comprehensive training provided from the start.
- Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Possesses a willingness to learn, is proactive, and responsible in their work.
- Able to drive and frequently goes to the market.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in Chinese.
- Passionate about business, interior design, and market development.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: Communication skills, Telesales skills, Sales skills, Negotiation skills, and Problem-solving skills.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Sales, Furniture Sales, and Sales Consulting.
