Job Description

Search, exploit and develop customer files of sports field owners (Pickleball, soccer, badminton, tennis, etc.) or receive customer data from managers and the company's social channels.
Approach customers and advise on software solutions suitable for their business model.
Understand software products to provide analysis, recommendations, guidance and solution demos.
Send quotes, negotiate and close contracts.
Coordinate with Marketing team to implement campaigns to attract new customers.
Report individual performance periodically (weekly/monthly), propose sales process improvements if any.
Contract management and tracking
Reporting: Report progress and contract status to Sales Manager.

Candidate requirements:

Graduated from majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology,...
Minimum 6 months and 1 year experience as Sales staff, Software sales staff, Software Telesales staff, Technology solution consultant. If you have no experience, you will be trained thoroughly about software products and solutions but must have good potential and knowledge .
Love sales closing work, dynamic, confident, good communication.
Know how to listen to customer needs, handle situations quickly and flexibly.
Ability to work independently and withstand KPI pressure.
Have communication, presentation, negotiation skills, not afraid to meet customers directly.
Be honest in all matters, be willing to learn and explore.
Responsible in work.
Knowing how to play Badminton, Tennis, Pickleball, Soccer is an advantage

Interest

Fixed salary: 8 - 20 million VND (depending on Level and Agreement during interview) + performance bonus + bonus according to Business Goals.
Fixed salary regardless of sales
Commission bonus when reaching and exceeding KPI, income when reaching and exceeding KPI: 15-20 million VND
Trained to become an expert in software solution consulting .
Monthly parking allowance (including probationary period).
Business expenses (gas, meals) if going directly will be supported.
Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to state regulations after 2 months of probation.
Regular salary payment from 1-10 every month. No salary + bonus arrears for employees.
13th month bonus + year-end bonus for excellent employees.
Salary review twice a year.
Participate in company sports weekly.
Team building and annual travel.
