JOB DETAILS:
The company is seeking candidates capable of identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities in the IT outsourcing and Salesforce consulting fields, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT outsourcing and Salesforce consulting sectors.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers ensures satisfaction and creates opportunities for upselling.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and solution demos that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to ensure a smooth project handover and customer onboarding process.
- Monitor and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
- Sonix representatives participate in industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to develop brand awareness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Comply with the Company's information security regulations and policies.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from university with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, or SaaS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Good understanding of software development or IT outsourcing business models.
