    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Receiving orders from customers
    • Track shipment progress and manage orders- Make documents to send customers and track payments
    • Provide and advise fully and accurately product information to meet customer needs.
    • Customer care (Receiving customer feedback and handling feedback)
    • Go to market, contact customers and support sales events.
    • Quotation and contract drafting.
    • Ability to communicate, solve problems, handle situations quickly
