Job Description

Ø Search for customers

- Search for customers from many channels to create a system of potential and quality customers

- Directly contact and visit customers to introduce products, services, and promotional programs

- Carry out procedures such as: quotation documents, signing contracts with customers who agree to buy products.

Ø Customer care

- Proactively contact customers who have been using the service to clearly understand the situation as well as develop good relationships with customers.

- Respond to customers' questions or concerns quickly and provide timely solutions.

- Monitor reasonable deadlines to deliver manufactured products to customers upon contract renewal.

- Proactively provide information about promotional programs and incentives for new or long-time customers so they can come back and continue using the company's products.
