Job description:
- Looking for new customers to expand the market
- Advise customers on domestic and international ticket information
- Quote according to customer's request
- Consult customers' inquiries and feedback on ticket-related issues
- Participating in the Company's development plans related to air ticketing expertise
- Contract signing, commercial policy, system support
- Maintain and develop regular relationships with customers: Regular or irregular visits
- Coordinate with related departments to monitor debts of agents and company customers
Job requirements:
- Male / female from 20-45 years old, good health
- Have a passion for the profession and determine to stick with the Company for a long time
- Enthusiastic, attentive to customers
- Have a good working sense, honesty, carefulness, hard work, eager to learn
- Agility, confidence, openness, persuasion, good communication and negotiation
