1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform technical tasks to ensure that the production process runs smoothly, achieving the planned productivity and quality.
Research, evaluate, and improve production processes to optimize costs, time, and product quality.
Establish, guide, and monitor technical standards throughout the production process.
Provide support in handling technical issues, machinery problems, and equipment malfunctions that arise during the production shift.
Participate in the evaluation, selection, and acceptance of production equipment, tools, and instruments.
Train and instruct workers on operating procedures and machine operation techniques.
Prepare regular/ad hoc reports on technical status, productivity, and errors that occur.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from college/university with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the equipment, component, electronics, or similar manufacturing industries.
Understanding manufacturing processes, quality standards, 5S, and ISO is an advantage.
Proficient in using office software and technical software (AutoCAD, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and stress management skills.
