- Install and adjust sewing machine
Install new sewing machines in compliance with safety standards and regulations
Make adjustments to sewing machines when necessary to serve the workers' working process
- Repair sewing machines
Receive sewing machine repair requests from production lines
Find out the cause of the machine failure, ask for information from the workers using the machine
If it is determined that the repair time will be long, instruct workers to use backup sewing machines to ensure continuous production operations.
Carry out machine repairs - replace spare parts if necessary
Save machine repair information for future monitoring
Maintain and maintain sewing machines
Make a maintenance plan - maintain the sewing machine system at the assigned workshop - submit to superiors for approval
Periodically carry out sewing machine maintenance
