Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Receive production plans from the Sales and Marketing Department, plan and implement for daily production teams, according to the plan to ensure quantity, quality, progress and efficiency.
Responsible for completing the quantity and quality of shifts, monitoring and reminding to provide materials for production on time.
Monitor, inspect, and guide workers to perform work according to production processes and Company and Factory regulations: Welding and creating steel cages, disassembling and assembling molds, operating machines, maintenance, and mechanics.
Check and urge the implementation of occupational safety and fire prevention work.
Responsible for using materials for the right purpose and at the right rate. Checking the quality, quantity and type of materials before and during production in accordance with regulations. Controlling excess materials, returning them to the warehouse, avoiding poor quality materials.
Monitor and manage subcontractors, implement and monitor manufacturing and processing work in the Workshop, ensuring compliance with requirements according to Company and Enterprise regulations.
Monitor the sampling of input materials and supplies at the Factory and promptly transfer samples to the Laboratory.
Check the quality of input materials, physical properties of iron and steel, sand, 1x2 stone, gravel, cement, DO oil, various lubricants, and other fuels to confirm the quality of materials in stock.
TSDC quality check, warehouse quality confirmation equipment.
Conduct inspections of the safe and effective use of equipment and assets. Inspect and supervise the cleaning and maintenance of machinery, equipment and production tools during the shift.
Manage and mobilize mechanical department of the workshop to serve production and transportation.
