    Job Description

    • Monitor and report problems arising during the operation of the production line.
    • Identify where the problem is and put in place remedial measures in a timely manner.
    • Ensure the production line runs smoothly and supply all the necessary materials in the production process.
    • Schedule seminars and staff training as required by management.
    • Participate in the production planning process and directly test product evaluation
    • Analyze production performance and product quality to stay up to date with the latest production methods and maintain production equipment systems.
    • Set production standards and ensure they are implemented, and regularly organize training on occupational health and safety regulations for company employees.
