Space 21 Fonexim Company Limited is the investor of Han Viet Building, 203 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, operating in the field of office leasing and real estate investment. It is currently looking for experienced candidates for the following positions:
Work location: Han Viet Building, No. 203 Minh Khai, Minh Khai Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City.
Business hours: 2 month probation period. Daily work schedule in shifts.
Job details:- Operate technical systems in the building such as: Generator system, distribution cabinet system, air conditioning system
- Perform periodic maintenance of technical systems to ensure systems always operate well and efficiently.
- Handle incidents and repair requests from customers and related departments.
- Monitor and record electricity and water consumption in the building and report to the department head.
- Supervise contractors performing construction and repairs in the building, ensuring compliance with approved requirements.
- Directly monitor the status of machinery and equipment, detect incidents, promptly take corrective measures and directly repair incidents within one's capabilities, ensuring adequate equipment for the building.
- Propose suitable replacement, repair and maintenance options for building machinery and equipment. Make a list of spare and replacement lighting equipment for the building. Update records and equipment history for management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head
- Technical on duty when there is a problem
REQUEST Professional qualifications:- Graduated from college or university majoring in electrical engineering, electronics and refrigeration.
- Experience:
- Experienced in operating and repairing generators and VRV central air conditioning systems
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in building operations.
