JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for greeting, guiding, and assisting customers at the spa, advising on suitable services and treatment packages, as well as managing appointments and payments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet, guide, and care for customers at the spa.
- We provide consultations on massage services, nail treatments, and suitable treatment packages.
- Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, and online.
- Schedule technicians' appointments, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash/POS.
- Providing after-sales customer care and assisting in handling feedback.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Working hours: Morning shift 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Evening shift 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM
REQUEST:
- Female, good communication skills, no experience required.
- High school diploma or higher
- Polite, gentle, and professional attitude.
- English communication skills are required.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: communication skills, problem-solving skills, polite demeanor, and customer service skills.
- We also considered factors such as: beauty services, other unskilled labor, spa staff, receptionists, and hotel receptionists.
