    Job Description

    1. Human Resources Job
    • Support recruitment and management of production staff according to targets.
    • Welcome and guide new employees according to procedures.
    • Support organizing events and internal activities of the company.
    • Provide uniforms, protective gear and personal items.
    • Monitor and order equipment and supplies.
    • Perform related duties as assigned.

    2. Support for labor safety supervision

    • Contractor data statistics (quantity, working hours,) and protective gear distribution.
    • Report static electricity measurement data, scrap, safety awareness activities.
    • Participate in patrolling, monitoring compliance with regulations and safety at factories and offices.
    • Support training organization, raise safety awareness for employees
