Job Description

- Job details:

Receive orders and prepare drinks according to the menu and regulations.
Ensure that the drinks are prepared according to the correct recipes and measurements, and meet quality standards in terms of color, flavor, presentation, etc.
Control processing times to ensure timely service and avoid customer complaints due to excessively long waits.
Double-check the drink to ensure it meets standards before serving it to customers.
Inspect the quality of raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards to serve customers.
Prepare and gather all the ingredients for mixing.
Ensure cleanliness in the bar area. Arrange utensils and ingredients neatly and in their designated places.
Assisting with tasks in the F&B area.
Comply with health and safety standards in the workplace.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

- Job requirements:

Ages 18 and above
Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
Knowledge of preparing non-alcoholic beverages such as tea, coffee, milk tea, etc.
Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week (with 1 day off per week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Quick, neat, and clean.
Enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking, and responsible attitude towards work.
