    Job Description

    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

    Đón tiếp khách hàng, nhận order, phục vụ món ăn và đồ uống, chăm sóc khách hàng và dọn dẹp bàn ăn.


    NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

    • Đón tiếp khách hàng: Chào đón, hướng dẫn khách vào bàn, giới thiệu thực đơn, tư vấn món ăn và đồ uống.
    • Nhận order: Ghi nhận gọi món từ khách, chuyển order đến bếp/bar.
    • Phục vụ món ăn và đồ uống: Đảm bảo đúng món, đúng bàn, đúng thời gian; hỗ trợ thay đổi món nếu cần.
    • Chăm sóc khách trong suốt bữa ăn: Đáp ứng các yêu cầu bổ sung của khách, quan sát và đảm bảo khách hài lòng.
    • Dọn dẹp và chuẩn bị bàn ăn: Sắp xếp bàn ăn trước sau khi khách dùng bữa, vệ sinh khu vực phục vụ.
    • Thanh toán: Chuẩn bị hóa đơn, hỗ trợ thu ngân nếu cần, cảm ơn và tiễn khách ra về.
    • Tuân thủ quy trình: Thực hiện các quy định về vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm, tác phong phục vụ, đồng phục.

    YÊU CẦU:

  • Chúng tôi tìm kiếm ứng viên sở hữu các năng lực như: Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, Tập Trung, Giọng Nói Tốt, Kỹ Năng Bán Hàng và Xử Lý Tình Huống.
  • Để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc, cần có hiểu biết về: Nhà Hàng, Dịch Vụ, Nhân Viên Phục Vụ, Pha Chế và LĐPT khác.
