Job Description

• Consulting, drafting, checking, and verifying the legality of all types of documents (outgoing and incoming dispatches), contracts, ensuring the Company's business transactions are legal;

• Detect unfavorable content drafted by partners and included in contracts; Proposing changes to find optimal feasible solutions;

• Research, learn, and regularly update the latest information on laws related to the company's field of operations;

• Advise company leaders and departments on issues of ensuring the legality and legal risks of processes and procedures related to the company's business activities, management and administration. , organizing activities, import-export transactions,...;

Procedures for transferring shares and capital contributions to members, shareholders of subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and corporations

• Implement and be responsible for legal procedures for the company's operations:

Register and change businesses; Registering conditional occupations;
Dissolution of enterprises;
Receiving delegation + working directly with state agencies and sectors - Fire prevention and fighting records;
Food safety and hygiene; Carry out legal procedures with the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Health
Conformity announcement;
Announcing promotions;
Carry out legal procedures with ministries, departments of industry and trade, regarding sales websites and website authentication
Intellectual property on brands and copyrights;
Visa for BOD.
Coordinate with relevant departments to promulgate processes and regulations for businesses

• Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

• Consulting, preparing legal documents, participating in resolving/litigating arising disputes of interests between the Company and authorized third parties (if any);
