    Job Description

    • Support Sous Chef/Head Chef to receive goods: Check quantity and quality
    • Assist in checking the previous day's backlog of food and recommending solutions
    • Prepare raw materials, preliminary processing
    • Support the Main Chef/Associate Chef in the process of preparing food
    • Assistant, preliminary processing of materials
    • Clean utensils and processing tools
    • Clean tools and put them in the right place
    • Clean work area
    • General cleaning of the kitchen with all kitchen staff
    • Clean the cupboard, arrange food ingredients neatly and in the right position
    • Check the system of Kitchen, lights, ventilation fans, freezers, refrigerators... Make sure the freezer and refrigerator must operate properly according to the standard temperature.
    • Support Main Kitchen / Fee Kitchen to maintain and maintain CCDC, kitchen machinery and equipment periodically
