    Job Description


    Directly prepare factory inspection documents and ensure the entire factory system is maintained in good operation according to customer requirements;

    • Conduct internal assessments, assess risks of the entire factory system and ensure compliance with State laws and customer standard requirements;
    • Plan and implement annual programs: health check for workers; fire prevention team training; strict inspection of machinery and equipment;
    • Coordinate with departments on work related to customer inspection and evaluation;
    • Build and strengthen factory compliance assessment system;
    • Responsible for overall management and reporting of final results of customer assessments;
    • Plan for Health, Safety and Environment implementation;
    • Conduct initial and periodic EHS training for employees. Monitor employees to ensure maintenance of safe work conditions and compliance with EHS related regulations as required by the Company;
    • Propose and implement requirements for purchasing safety tools and equipment for the entire company. Allocate and monitor the status of safety equipment according to the Company's procedures;
    • Work with authorities on inspection and audit issues;
    • Other related jobs will be discussed during the interview.

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from College/University majoring in: Industrial Management, Quality Management, Mechanics, Electricity - Electronics, Environment or related engineering and manufacturing fields;
    • Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in factories, priority given to those who have participated in internal assessments and supplier assessments;
    • Experience related to ISO (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001,) is an advantage;
    • Priority is given to those with knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR), occupational safety (EHS),;
    • Understand production processes, factory operating regulations, quality, safety and environmental standards;
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, data processing, evaluation forms;
    • Work well independently and in a team, able to withstand work pressure;
    • Basic English communication, reading and understanding assessment documents.
