    • Customer reception:
    • Welcome guests with a warm and polite attitude.
    • Guide guests to their tables, introduce menus and promotions (if any).
    • Record and serve food:
    • Record orders accurately according to customer requirements.
    • Communicate orders to kitchen/bar and coordinate closely with relevant departments.
    • Serve food and drinks to the correct table, correct dish, correct order.
    • Customer care during the meal:
    • Always monitor the guest table to promptly assist when guests need it (add water, add utensils, assist with ordering).
    • Answer questions or forward guest feedback to management (if necessary).
    • Clean and prepare the table:
    • After guests leave, quickly clean up, sanitize tables and chairs, and set them up again to serve the next guests.
    • Ensure service area is always clean and tidy.
    • Pay:
    • Perform payment process for customers (if assigned).
    • Ensure correct amount is collected and correct receipts are printed.
    • Compliance with service rules and standards:
    • Fully comply with regulations, work procedures, and food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Maintain uniform, appearance clean and professional.

    Job Requirements
    • High school graduate or higher.
    • Priority is given to those with experience serving in restaurants/cafes.
    • Good communication, friendly, flexible, honest.
    • Withstand high work pressure, especially during rush hour.
    • Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
