Job Description

Working location & time:

Yo Yummy Oi - Asian Food Court: 39 Xuan Thuy, Thao Dien Ward, District 2.
Full time: Shift 7 hours/day, 6 days/week. Minimum 200 hours/month
Shift: Morning shift: 9am - 4pm; Evening shift: 3:30 p.m

Job description:

Present the menu for diners to choose food and drink. Advise guests to choose appropriate drinks when required.
Record order information from guests, confirm with the customer the exact name of the drink, quantity, special requests...
Transfer orders to cashier, kitchen, bar.
Serve drinks according to the customer's order, ensure the right table, in the right order.
Carrying out the pouring of wine – adding wine, adding sauce, taking additional orders…
Ready to meet the legitimate requests of diners and enthusiastically answer guests' questions when asked.
Ready to assist guests in dealing with problems arising during the meal: guests spilling drinks, broken dishes, etc.
Perform the payment process for guests in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
Goodbye guests, say goodbye to guests - clean up the dining table, set up a new table to prepare to serve the next guest.
Clean the restaurant.

Salary and benefits

– depending on position and capacity. Will discuss in detail during face-to-face interview
Have overtime money when working more than 200 hours/month
01 day off/week (no weekends and holidays)
50% discount on drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages)
Inexperienced staff will be guided
