JOB DESCRIPTION
International communication: Working directly/indirectly with foreign suppliers regarding product information, placing orders, tracking order progress, and resolving complaints (if any).
Business support: Drafting quotations, international trade contracts (Sales Contracts), and related documents in both Vietnamese and English.
Product Management: Translating technical documents (catalogs, manuals) from English to Vietnamese to support product registration and marketing.
Coordinate with the Sales Department: Monitor incoming shipment schedules, collaborate with the sales team to develop programs, and implement sales promotion plans for the entire system.
Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports for the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
Foreign languages: Fluent English (Proficient in all four skills, confident communication). Candidates with IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800 or higher are preferred.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Admin, Assistant, or Import/Export role. Candidates with experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry are preferred.
Skills: Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and negotiation skills.
Attitude: Meticulous and careful (due to the specific nature of medical products requiring high accuracy in specifications and documentation).
