Job Description

Job details
- Check and monitor the parameter data on the distributor management software system according to regulations.
- Control accuracy to standardize data for distributor management system. (DMS)
- Relating to departmental departments the input and output data of DMS, related to goods, salesperson data, distributor data, sales route data, sales programs .

- Time attendance tracking: DMS software interface,
- Drafting and managing administrative documents related to business activities such as making quotations, letters of offer, making contracts, ...
- Secretary of the meeting

- Be the person who stands in contact with customers or partners, advises and supports customers in the process of doing business with the company.
- Updating operational data of the sales department to report the results to the company's leadership.
- Coordination of orders and deliveries: Consolidation of orders; monitor the import - export - inventory of goods to be proactive in selling and purchasing materials and production materials when needed; Follow up orders, deliver on time, make accurate delivery records for each order.

- Ensure sales: Track the sales of each employee to motivate employees to follow the revenue schedule; manage and motivate customers on debt deadlines. Manage and supervise the work execution plan of all sales staff
