Job description
Develop business strategy for the company according to the direction of the Board of Directors
Independent in conducting business and operating sales staff
- Searching for customers who need to transport goods
- Identify target customers and approach customers, negotiate and close orders
- Take care of customers after sales and maintain good relationship with customers
- Searching for new customers, building customer data according to company strategy
- Train sales staff and manage the team through KPI
- Organize business personnel and set up KPI bonus policy for the team
Job requirements
- Graduated from University of Economics / Commerce / Business Administration
- Having 5 years of experience in sales department positions, capable of doing strategy
- Good office computer: Word/ Excel/ PP
- Ability to organize - connect work for the team
Right:
- Minimum negotiable salary not less than 20 million / 1 month
- Unlimited KPI business bonus
- Annual bonus is calculated according to the revenue achieved according to the company's KPI but not less than 2 months' salary
- Social insurance / Health insurance / UI
