- Find and build new customers
- Maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in the field of screen printing.
- Introduce, advise and convince customers to use products/services of the business.
- Directly perform, urge the performance of the contract, including delivery and invoice procedures.
- Collect customer problems and complaints to report to management and handle the problem, in order to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to the correct process.
- Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor activities and potential in developing business products/services.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve work efficiency.
- Report to the Head of the Department the results of the work performed according to the assigned plan (achievement, failure, causes and solutions).
- Make a weekly work plan, report to the Head of Department on Friday afternoon on the performance of the previous week's work plan, and at the same time make a plan for the next week.
