- Job details:

Sales and Customer Service Assistant
Responsible for and completing paperwork for the sales team in customer service and sales: quotations, purchase orders, contracts, shipping documents, etc.
Responsible for and completing export documentation for goods.
Understand the company's products (training will be provided).
Report daily/weekly progress and results to your supervisor.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- Job requirements:

Education level: College/University graduate.
Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Knowing how to use AutoCAD and being able to read mechanical and/or electrical drawings is an advantage (not required).
Languages: Proficient in Vietnamese, good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
The ability to analyze and assess situations, and solve problems.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in the B2B industry and in exporting goods is an advantage.
Honest, hardworking, meticulous, proactive in work, able to withstand high pressure.
Cheerful, energetic, and in good health.
Preference will be given to candidates who wish to work stably and long-term with the Company.
Age range: 25-30 years old
Work location: Group 8, Hamlet 3, Dau Giay Ward, Dong Nai City
