* Job description:
1. Content Construction and Management:
- Plan and create content for Onways' social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Write articles, create videos, images, and other multimedia content to attract followers and interact.
- Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand and communication strategy.
2. Social Network Account Management:
- Post and manage posting schedules on social media channels.
- Monitor, analyze and report the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Propose and implement follower growth and interaction strategies.
3. Coordination with Other Departments:
- Work closely with design, content and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in communication messages.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize and promote events and promotions.
4. Track Trends and Innovations:
- Research and update the latest trends in the field of social networks and digital media.
- Propose and test new ideas to improve performance on social networks.
* Candidate requirements:
1. Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the field of Social Media or equivalent positions.
2. Skills:
- Good writing skills, creative and able to create attractive content.
- Skills in analyzing and using tools to measure social network effectiveness.
- Good communication and situation handling skills.
3. Personal Qualities:
- Enthusiastic, proactive and have a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
- Sensitive to new trends and able to adapt quickly.

1. Compensation:
- Income: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND.
- Commission up to 5%.
- Working hours from Monday - Friday.
