Job Description

- Job details:

Conduct quality checks according to inspection standards on used phones purchased before storing them in the warehouse.
Assess and address quality issues with used machines sold by the store, and coordinate customer support to resolve problems.
Understand the market prices for used phones and determine a reasonable purchase price.
Perform a condition assessment and make corrections to any defects detected during the inspection.
Process old machines for reuse and standardize their quality before reselling them on the market.
Instruct customers on proper usage to minimize problems.
Contributing to increased customer satisfaction and trust in products and services.

- Job requirements:

Preference will be given to candidates with experience repairing used phones and a thorough understanding of inspection and maintenance procedures.
Willing to learn and update knowledge about new technologies and products.
Work carefully, honestly, and on time .
Capable of handling work pressure, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about repairing and maintaining mobile phones and digital products.
