JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for managing fundraising, bank relations, cash flow, internal accounts payable, financial analysis, and contract management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Capital Mobilization Management & Bank Relations:- Negotiate directly with banks/credit institutions to establish loan limits (short/medium/long term), guarantees, and Letters of Credit (LC).
- Lead the drafting of business plans and debt repayment plans. Coordinate with the accounting department to optimize financial reports for appraisal purposes.
- Seek new sources of funding from investment funds, strategic partners, or other legitimate fundraising channels.
- Assess the legal validity of collateral and review the terms of the credit agreement to protect the company's interests.

Cash Flow & Accounts Receivable Management (Internal):- Monitor daily cash flow, ensuring all income and expenses are accurate, timely, and within budget.
- Prepare weekly/monthly expense reports and cash flow plans to ensure solvency and optimize cash balances.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable in detail. Directly follow up on debt collection and manage payment deadlines to maintain credibility with suppliers.
- Regularly reconcile financial data between bank accounts, cash funds, departments, and branches.
3. Financial Analysis & Contract Management:- Statistical analysis of financial indicators (ROE, ROA, profit margin, etc.) to identify risks or propose cost-optimization solutions to the Board of Directors.
- Maintain a systematic archive of economic contracts, corporate legal records, and related financial documents.
- Providing accurate data for settlement, tax reporting, and audits.
- Prepare quick financial reports and perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
