Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
The company is seeking candidates for the position of Real Estate Consultant to introduce products and services to potential customers, and to build and maintain good relationships with clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make calls to potential customers using company-provided data to introduce the company's products and services.
Building and maintaining good relationships with customers over the phone ensures satisfaction and enhances customer loyalty.
Negotiate with clients to reach the best agreement.
Signing a contract and ensuring the rights of both parties

REQUEST:

No experience is required; dedicated training and guidance will be provided.
Graduated from vocational school or higher, preferably in business, marketing, or customer service-related fields.
Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade and build relationships with clients.
Capable of working independently and effectively in a team, and handling high work pressure.
Possesses a proactive attitude, a thirst for learning, and a willingness to participate in training to improve sales skills.

Candidates need to possess: Sales skills, teamwork skills, and communication skills.
In addition, we need to fill the following positions: Sales Specialist, Salesperson, and Telesalesperson.

Basic salary: 7 million VND/month.
Commission + bonus: from 15 million to 25 million VND/month.
Marketing support from 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND/week.
