Job Description

Telesale position job:
Contact available customer data to introduce and advise products to customers.
Guide customers to use the product effectively
Take care of and build good relationships with customers during product use. Synthesize customer needs and feedback information to build a customer information system.
Customer Service position job:
Receive and manage assigned customer data on the software system.
Make outbound customer care calls on regular and recurring campaigns.
Collect customer opinions and feedback during the use of products and services.
Advise and persuade customers to continue using, renewing or purchasing additional products during the care process.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints.
Marketing ads position job:
Build, develop, manage website content, fanpage and social networks.
Edit information on the company's media channels and expand other channels according to trends: Facebook, Zalo, Google, TikTok, YouTube....
Run ads on media channels according to campaigns.
Develop ideas and implement content optimization work according to approved plans.
Coordinate with department members and other departments to carry out requests from superiors.
