Job Description
A. Job objective: Track orders from receipt to shipment.
B. Main tasks:
- Allocate orders to team members based on workload and priority.
- Focus on preparing for BF meetings with TED, relevant departments and reviewing TNA before loading or allocating orders to the team.
- Follow up to receive Purchase Order (PO) to issue Garment Order (GO).
- Monitor the release of style packs, Fabric Bill of Materials (BOM) and Fabric Purchase Orders (PPO) to ensure timely fabric ordering.
- Oversee the release of material lists and related information to the Ancillary Materials team for ordering.
- Verify or clarify internal and external information to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track sample status and issue Sample Production Order (JO) to create Pre-Production Sample (PPS) pending approval.
- Follow up to get feedback on PPS or fabric samples and approved washing standards for mass production.
- Coordinate fabric status updates with planning team and cooperate with Sales Department, Fabric Factory and internal departments to ensure timely fabric delivery and payment.
- Issue Mass Production Order (JO) and fabric sample card for production; Arrange Certificate of Insurance (COI) and allocate fabric to cutting department.
- Attend meetings with departments prior to mass cutting and sewing to ensure consistency.
- Prepare samples as per Buyer/Sales Department requirements; Monitor order status from cutting to packing; Check final packing list, prepare delivery and shipping reports
- Manage and control fabric and inventory write-offs within the group; Monitor sample arrangements to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collect and send Work in Progress (WIP) reports to buyers or Sales Department
- Check and approve deliveries on the system to ensure accuracy.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from College or University in related major
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the garment industry
- English (fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Regular business trips between Binh Duong and Dong Nai
- High pressure resistance
- Flexible problem solving ability
- Diligent and meticulous in work
- Appreciate enthusiasm in work
- Good excel is a big advantage
