Job Description

Monitor the usage, inspection, maintenance and repair of medical equipment in departments/rooms when damage occurs within the allowable range.

Coordinate with other members of the department to develop plans to fix and repair damaged medical equipment.
Safety check of medical gas system, RO water system.
Plan to monitor and purchase new medical equipment and spare parts in case of incidents.
Report on the status of accessories, medical equipment repaired and newly imported.
Coordinate with the warehouse keeper to check the quality and safety of new equipment to install, instruct on use, create a profile, usage process and complete handover procedures for departments/offices to use.
Conduct periodic inspection of medical equipment according to regulations, affix classification labels to medical equipment that has been inspected as good or not meeting standards, and propose solutions.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Hospital Leadership and Department Head.
